He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Behavior from Diego Portales University in Santiago, Chile.
She is a certified TPM Facilitator from the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance, specializing in Cellular Manufacturing.
Graduated in Psychology from the National University of Córdoba. She studied in Brazil and Chile. Her specialty is Organizational Psychology.
He is Consulting Director of Action Group, Education & Consulting.
He has coordinated Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) projects at the local level.
He previously gained professional experience at the management level in various companies in our region, such as Juan Minetti (Holderbank Group), Corblock (Corcemar Group), and Banco Israelita de Córdoba.
She has been a Full Professor of Business Training Strategies at the Siglo 21 Business University in Córdoba, Argentina, and a professor at CEFODEI – Catholic University of La Plata.
She is currently working on her PhD Thesis on Gender at the Center for Advanced Studies of the National University of Córdoba, Argentina, on the Leadership styles of women in management positions.
She specializes in the development and incorporation of the gender perspective in organizations.
Her hobbies are Literature and International Cuisine.
Eng. Raul A. Perez Verzini
He has led organizational change and development processes for more than 20 years.
He comes from a business management background and has been dedicated to consulting and training for all types of organizations for over 15 years, with a special focus on those interested in profound change.
He primarily focuses on training and advising on the philosophical and methodological aspects of each phase of implementing the 5S and TPM, understood as Total Performance Management (TPM, formerly Total Productive Maintenance).
He is an International TPM Instructor with Number 723, certified by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance – Japan.
He specializes in the development and implementation of Change Management programs aimed at improving key business indicators.
With a solid humanistic background, he has formal education in Philosophy and Theology.
He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Behavior from Diego Portales University in Santiago, Chile, where he received the 2001 Academic Excellence Award.
He has led Process Reengineering projects with a systemic approach, promoting large-scale changes. In the past, he coordinated implementations of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, serving as a Lead Advisor and Auditor.
He has studied people engagement processes and their impact on increased productivity, quality, and profitability in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, the USA, Canada, and Japan.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Córdoba.
Since 1999, he has been Director and Consultant at Action Group, Education & Consulting, based in Córdoba, Argentina. He serves clients in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.
He has held management positions at the Holderbank Group (now Holcim) and at Corporación Cementera Argentina SA, where, in addition to Plant Manager, he was Corporate TPM Coordinator.
Author of more than 50 articles published in specialized newspapers, magazines, and websites on topics related to Organizational Development, TPM, 5S, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement Programs.
He has participated as a speaker at various conferences on Organizational Development and Asset Optimization, both in Argentina and abroad.
He is currently preparing the book: TPM – Beyond Plant Maintenance. From Total Productive Maintenance to Total Performance Management.
His hobbies are mountaineering, philosophical anthropology and theology.
