What is Outplacement and how is it implemented?

It's basically a consulting process (not a training process) in which, following the material we provide you (very comprehensive, with many self-analysis tools), we review your interests, strengths, and weaknesses, and then delve into the labor market and discover reintegration opportunities.

The Career Transitions, as they are technically called, are common in professional life and should not be experienced with such a burden of frustration.

It's true that our parents grew up in a society where changing jobs was frowned upon, as one joined a company and retired there.

Today, reality has also changed in this regard. So much so that it's not leaving a company that's frowned upon, but staying! That's why in our country, we first moved to an average of 7 or 8 years of permanence, and now it's common to see young people who, after two years, "take the plunge," meaning they leave in search of new horizons, new challenges, better opportunities, and greater learning. (Obviously, this is a huge challenge for companies, but that's another topic...)

How do we support you from Action Group?

The first thing I should tell you is that since we aim to be very serious about our approach to work, we don't sell you colored mirrors. This means we won't make you the false promise of offering you a position. No one serious can promise you something they don't have the ability to deliver. This doesn't mean that if something comes up that fits your profile, we won't offer it to you. But that's not what you're paying for; rather, it's the self-development that will allow you to effectively face this and future transitions.

Our role is to help you research the market and provide guidelines so you can learn how to do it yourself. Our role is to help you identify your interests and your skills (even those latent ones) so you can put them to work for a project that excites you and allows you to bring out the best in yourself to make your own professional vision a reality.

To sum up, I would say that we will walk 5 paths together.

1. Containment, which encompasses not only supporting you when you're feeling down (it happens to all of us), but also when you need to talk about what's worrying you, or negotiate, or simply see more clearly something that seems important to you. We'll also help you handle interviews and put into perspective one of the many small failures you'll encounter along the way. And although the program doesn't include family, we're always willing to talk to any of your loved ones in these areas if we feel they're hindering your efforts or simply complicating things for you, rather than helping you.

2. Labor market protocols, which cover not only written presentations, but also CVs, cover letters, marketing letters, and thank-you letters. Above all, we'll explain how things work in this market, from what salary to set when answering an ad, how to handle interviews, what and when to negotiate, how to stay informed without being "pesky," and more.

3. Explore a “hidden treasure” (which we all have), contacts, and from them, build a network that allows you to reach all those who can facilitate your search, giving you new referrals and ideas. Considering that today, 70% of positions are filled through contacts, this is an issue that requires attention and work. Here, we'll include our Consulting Guide, the information we can provide from our VIP Guide, and other similar information.

4. Get to know each other better, something that will not only show you how others see you, but also why and how things happen when you work with other people.

Our simple yet precise tools will also help you discover your "opposites," who often exert a decisive influence on your work life.

If we do our job right, you'll emerge from the Outplacement program stronger and in control of your career.

5. Self-entrepreneurship. If you have the necessary attitude, the aptitude, and the necessary resources, we can help you develop a self-starter. Here again, our methodology is simple but covers almost all the issues that arise when trying to develop a business on your own and will show you the most important aspects to consider so you don't fail.

How did we get into this?

More than 10 years ago, we began our own career transition and met a group of experts who were the first to bring these techniques to our country. Since they worked so well for us, we decided to share our own experience and lessons learned with others.

Is it effective in our markets and under these circumstances?

The methodology has a simple but implacable logic. It's about thoroughly studying both the person and the market and finding opportunities that don't always appear on "The Voice" because they're underground in the offices of those of us who also do Recruiting and in the heads of managers who haven't yet finalized a search. It's about getting there first, and that's what we'll teach you.

As I was saying, it's not a training program, it's a consulting program. That is, you always have access to a consultant who will advise and guide you through every step of the way toward your job relocation. And all of this will be possible ONLY if you agree to work in the program and do everything necessary, in which case success is guaranteed. Our statistics speak for themselves!

That's why we're clear when we say it openly: we don't have any positions lined up for you (I wish we did!) We don't "sell" contacts; the ones that matter are yours, which we'll help you develop. In a word, we don't do magic; this is hard work, and a lot of it, and—with our guidance and advice—only you can do it.

What are the costs?

The investment will depend on the type of process you want to follow. There are shorter and longer options depending on the type of support you require. Remember, you'll always have a trained coach to help you and answer questions. You'll also have your own computer, free internet access, and our newspaper library so you can conduct market research.

In all cases, the material we provide you is the same and contains all the information you need to make your transition.

Are you joining?
Kind regards.
