Description

Organized into 4 modules:

2) Tools to Delegate Effectively: to get things done right.

3) Indicator Panel: to manage based on data and not on opinions.

4) 5 “S” Program: to put the 3 previous steps into practice using a simple, structured and globally successful methodology.
