When you contact Action Group, there are a few steps that allow us to clarify the needs and expectations of each party. None of our services are "canned," and therefore, we undertake a diagnostic phase to create a program tailored to your organizational needs.
Initial Phase
We clarify expectations regarding desired outcomes. We define necessary roles for the executive team and identify additional resources and collaborators within the organization.
Data collection and diagnosis
We interviewed members of the executive team and other key people in the organization to understand their perspectives on problems and opportunities. We presented a summary of our findings and worked together to refine our understanding of the organization.
Development of options and recommendations
We work with our team of consultants to develop a project that addresses the identified needs, seeking to create new solutions and opportunities for your organization. Then, together with the executive team, we evaluate the options and agree on the recommendations to be implemented.
Decision to act and implementation
Once the most convenient options have been agreed upon, we analyze the implementation plan, including the roles and responsibilities of the "Key Players."
Assessment
As the implementation plan progresses, we measure the necessary milestones and indicators to monitor the plan's success. If corrections are necessary, we work to redesign the implementation, paying special attention to performance measures.
