Chronicle of a Kick-Off Announced

On May 2nd, we held the launch of the TPM program at the Allevard Rejna Plant in Córdoba.
After several months of intensive training, doubts, and logical uncertainties in these processes, on Friday the area defined as the pilot for the implementation was dressed up for a party and everyone, operators, supervisors, managers, and visitors dressed in work clothes, focused on cleaning and inspecting the equipment, removing things that shouldn't be there, and placing no less than 460 red tags!!! Tags that will now help focus the work of separating what is necessary from what is unnecessary, removing anything that doesn't contribute to daily work, marking, performing maintenance work, etc.
Once again, we are amazed by something that, despite being repeated, remains fundamental: the words spoken by one of the team members, recognizing the value of the opportunity to participate.
We congratulate Allevard on this decision. We congratulate everyone who was once again enthusiastic about the strength of this new proposal.

We start cleaning
