  • Indirect manufacturing costs and their apportionment.
  • Allocation of Commercial, Administrative and Financial costs
  • Formulation and Cost Scheme
  • Cost-volume-profit analysis: Marginal contribution, Break-even point, Closing point, Indifference point and Operating Leverage
  • Inventory management.
  • The Income Statement.
  • Costing Systems: Comprehensive Costing and Variable Costing (Advantages and Disadvantages)
  • Order-based costing and process costing.
  • Cost Allocation: Traditional Method and ABC Costing Method.

The activity is theoretical and practical, and upon completion, each participant will have the conceptual tools to understand their company's cost structure.
