Comprehensive Development Human Resources Area

This annual plan helps position the HR department as a strategic partner of the organization while managing and developing its people's talent.

Comprehensive Human Resources Management

A Comprehensive Human Resources Project consists of the development and implementation of a plan for recruiting, stimulating, and developing the organization's people. The fundamental objective is to ensure the company-wide implementation of the business strategies defined in the Business Plan.

To achieve this, the following are intended:

  • Align people with business strategies and the company's vision.
  • Define the competencies required for each role, i.e., the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required, including tasks and responsibilities.
  • Implement a recruitment process that allows you to have the most suitable people for the needs of the business.
  • Provide the necessary training to achieve the objectives of each position.
  • Provide members with a pleasant and safe environment.
  • Define management indicators that allow testing the quality, speed, and costs of implementation.

Organizational Foundations and Supports

Taking the company's internal diagnosis as a starting point and the Business Plan as a reference framework, we present a strategic proposal aimed at decisively contributing to achieving business goals.

Seeking to be consistent with the company's basic policy, we embrace the philosophy of Organizational Development as our comprehensive management system and therefore developed our proposal based on this business concept regarding the role of people in the organization.

Purposes of the Human Resources Plan

The fundamental purpose of the Human Resources Plan is to achieve a healthy organizational environment. That is, to create an environment where goals are shared by all members of the organization, where people feel free to express their difficulties knowing they have the support of their superiors to solve them. We focus on teamwork, making decisions within a framework of true empowerment and in a strong spirit of collaboration and participation. We lead flexibly and adapt structures to people's needs.

Since it is through a healthy organizational environment that the HR Department makes a concrete contribution to the Business Plan, the constant focus on innovation and personal and professional growth of its people allows the company to quickly adapt to changes and become a desirable place to live.

Strategic Issues

In order to define the fundamental options for HR management, we identified the strategic issues that will require special attention in the area of people management.
