Last May, we welcomed Vitnik as a new client of Action Group Education & Consulting. We conducted a Planning Seminar and a Leadership Tools Workshop with them.
Vitnik is a catalog company that sells fashionable leisure clothing. The line stands out for its excellent quality and creativity. Efficient administration and logistics management have ensured high levels of fulfillment and agile deliveries.
The workshops were aimed at all those in the organization who have planning responsibilities and those in charge, or who may have them in the future. The main objectives were twofold:
1. That participants acquired concrete tools to implement a planning and coordination process for maximum effectiveness.
2. That they knew specific ways of managing teams of people to achieve the pre-established objectives.
The tools taught in the workshop are extremely useful in any organization, but especially in those facing significant challenges, since working on a vision for the future, a purpose, and collectively supported values encourage long-term commitment.
Consequently, any activity aimed at visualizing that image of the future, which, with an appropriate leadership style, creates spaces for sharing concerns, desires, experiences, stories, and aspirations, lays the necessary foundation for the effectiveness and achievement of the proposed objectives.
