Strategic Planning Conference on Automotive Color

As we close out the year and plan to work together in 2007, we welcome Color Automotores as a new client of Action Group Education & Consulting.
Color Automotores is the largest car dealership in Villa del Rosario, Córdoba Province.
We shared a weekend of work with them, where we set new challenges for the company and reflected on what the market demands of us to become more effective every day and maintain our leadership position.
Without a doubt, sustaining and improving organizational achievements requires us to create a high-performance organization, culture, and teams, where decisions are made where things happen and people feel aligned and committed to the stated objectives.
