Since she began studying Psychology at the National University of Córdoba, Viviana Liptzis always envisioned pursuing a career in something other than a consulting practice. That's why she specialized in Organizational Psychology in Brazil and Chile, where she earned a master's degree. Her first professional experiences at the management level were in the human resources department at Minetti when the Holderbank group arrived, and at Grupo Corcemar, among others. For the past nine years, she has been a director and partner at Action Group, a consulting firm chaired by her husband, Raúl Perez Verzini.
