Ideas are valuable if they can be put into practice.
Kaizen Teian is a system that promotes participation through the submission of proposals by as many collaborators as possible.
These proposals are oriented towards two main contents:
- Ideas to increase sales
- Ideas to keep costs low and/or reduce them
Why is Kaizen Teian different from Innovation?
Kaizen Teian | Innovation |
It is a gradual and continuous accumulation of small improvements | It involves a “quantum leap,” far-reaching progress that requires a large investment to achieve. |
They are the result of the work of each of the collaborators. | They are the result of the work of experts. |
They promote sustained progress. | Its effects tend to wane in the short term due to lack of continuity. |
The results for the organization are basically three:
- Participation activating the entire structure
- Skill development to improve work performance
- And tangible and intangible achievements.
