Workshop on Management Indicators
It is common to hear people talk about objectives in companies of all sizes and sectors.
However, it's rarely clear how we ensure we're moving in the right direction and at the right speed. What's more, it's often unclear whether or not we've met those famous goals...
This is where the need to manage indicators that allow us to monitor, make data-driven decisions, correct when necessary, prevent when circumstances require it, and even reduce the level of conflict that comes with working with opinions rather than information becomes evident.
SUMMARY
The workshop aims to present the benefits of indicator-based management, and based on the participants' experiences, one of them will take home a dashboard ready to be used in their sector.
DURATION: 2 days of 8 hours
ADDRESSED TO: Managers, Chiefs, Supervisors and Area Coordinators.
