Las dudas, consultas y paradigmas respecto del proceso se repiten casi sin modificaciones. As\u00ed que me dispongo a hacer un intento de clarificar c\u00f3mo funciona.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/action-group-seleccion-personal-cordoba.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2055 size-full\" title=\"action-group-seleccion-personal-cordoba\" src=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/action-group-seleccion-personal-cordoba.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/action-group-seleccion-personal-cordoba.jpg 650w, https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/action-group-seleccion-personal-cordoba-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\nLos Mitos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Mito #1:\u00a0Si el candidato tiene las competencias, entonces s\u00ed o s\u00ed funcionar\u00e1 bien. FALSO!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las personas tenemos conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes actuales y potenciales. Pero estas s\u00f3lo se pondr\u00e1n en juego si la organizaci\u00f3n, el \u00e1rea y el jefe lo facilitan. Sino, haremos una de dos cosas: acomodarnos a lo que hay o armar la valija e irnos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mito #2:\u00a0\u201cNecesitamos un vendedor. Qu\u00e9 m\u00e1s quer\u00e9s que te diga?. Alguien que venda\u201d Quien es vendedor\/gerente\/t\u00e9cnico, lo es en todos lados por igual. FALSO!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En realidad, es cierto que quien es vendedor puede serlo en todos lados pero cada empresa tiene caracter\u00edsticas propias. Y asignaci\u00f3n de responsabilidades propia. Entonces resulta que los vendedores, adem\u00e1s, tienen que administrar su cartera de clientes y ese es un perfil. O los vendedores adem\u00e1s asesoran t\u00e9cnicamente y ese es otro perfil. Para eso necesitamos una descripci\u00f3n de las responsabilidades del puesto que sea detallada y actualizada. Es la base para que el reclutamiento y la selecci\u00f3n sean efectivas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mito #3:\u00a0Tiene que venir de la misma industria. Sino es un problema. FALSO!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las persona tiene que tener los conocimientos y las habilidades t\u00e9cnicas requeridas, adem\u00e1s de las actitudes necesarias. Todo lo relacionado con lo espec\u00edfico del negocio y\/o industria se aprender\u00e1 en el per\u00edodo de inducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mito #4:\u00a0\u201cHacele un psicot\u00e9cnico que me quiero asegurar todo\u201d. FALSO!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El psicot\u00e9cnico no es ni la bola de cristal, ni un seguro contra el bajo desempe\u00f1o. Permite saber c\u00f3mo es esta persona hoy, cu\u00e1les son sus caracter\u00edsticas principales, qu\u00e9 cosas pone en juego en situaciones de presi\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo se comunica, c\u00f3mo lidera. Tambi\u00e9n es una herramienta para saber qu\u00e9 potencial de desarrollo y crecimiento tiene el\/la candidata pero: alerta!!. Vuelvan a leer el Mito #1\u2026<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Las verdades<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un proceso profesional de reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n como los que hacemos tiene:<\/p>\n<h4>1. Condiciones de salida para ser exitoso:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Una excelente descripci\u00f3n de las responsabilidades del puesto<\/li>\n<li>Un nivel de comprensi\u00f3n importante por parte del consultor del entorno de trabajo, su cultura, sus h\u00e1bitos sobresalientes, su estilo.<\/li>\n<li>Un acuerdo claro entre consultor y empresa respecto de los tiempos del proceso y aquello que recibir\u00e1 la empresa como subproducto.<\/li>\n<li>Una oferta por parte de la empresa acorde a lo que el mercado est\u00e1 demandando. Caso contrario, no hay magia posible: o se mejora la oferta o se disminuyen las pretensiones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Nuestro valor agregado:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrevistadores con experiencia, que logran ver m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del discurso expl\u00edcito, que son capaces de preguntar adecuadamente y que entienden cabalmente lo que la empresa necesita.<\/li>\n<li>Un primer chequeo de referencias (previas al \u00faltimo trabajo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Puntos cr\u00edticos para el cierre:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>La conciencia clara por parte de la empresa de que los candidatos deben entrevistarse con la persona con quien trabajar\u00e1n directamente.<\/li>\n<li>Respeto por los tiempos de los candidatos y compromiso para realizar el proceso de entrevistas en el momento previamente acordado con la consultora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para terminar, el psicot\u00e9cnico completar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n relevada antes, despejar\u00e1 dudas si las hay respecto de algunas cualidades personales, evaluar\u00e1 fortalezas y debilidades y sugerir\u00e1 herramientas para gestionar a esa persona y su desarrollo de manera adecuada, una vez incorporada a su nuevo rol.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Y la bola de cristal?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No existe!!<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos m\u00e9todo, experiencia, seriedad al momento de trabajar.
