{"id":3539,"date":"2019-02-27T23:03:50","date_gmt":"2019-02-28T02:03:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=3539"},"modified":"2019-02-27T23:03:50","modified_gmt":"2019-02-28T02:03:50","slug":"cuando-el-clima-se-pone-tenso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/es\/cuando-el-clima-se-pone-tenso\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuando el clima se pone tenso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Las tensiones del contexto, las preocupaciones individuales por el salario y la continuidad en el puesto de trabajo, las decisiones que las empresas toman en busca de mayor eficiencia y menor costo o, incluso, la dificultad de sostener econ\u00f3micamente una estructura, generan efectos directos sobre las personas y los equipos de trabajo que conforman.<\/p>\n<h3>Los paradigmas versus la realidad<\/h3>\n<p>Es com\u00fan encontrar en los niveles de decisi\u00f3n de las empresas un razonamiento que luego no se verifica en la pr\u00e1ctica: la persona que queda en su puesto en un contexto dif\u00edcil seguramente redoblar\u00e1 sus esfuerzos para mejorar, para mostrarse empleable y competitiva.<\/p>\n<p>Lo cotidiano empieza sin embargo a mostrar otra cosa: tensiones interpersonales donde antes no exist\u00edan, reacciones impulsivas, descenso de la productividad, aumento del ausentismo, aumento de enfermedades derivadas del stress e, incluso, un estado de cierta par\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3541 size-large\" title=\"Las tensiones del contexto, las preocupaciones individuales por el salario y la continuidad en el puesto de trabajo.\" src=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos-1024x838.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"838\" srcset=\"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos-1024x838.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos-1536x1256.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos-300x245.jpg 300w, https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos-768x628.jpg 768w, https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/crisis-clima-organizacional-despidos.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Y \u00bfpor qu\u00e9?<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente porque la incertidumbre es agotadora y, peor, si est\u00e1 mal (o nada) contenida. Porque hay mucha pregunta sin respuesta (\u00bfcu\u00e1ndo me toca a mi?). Porque hay igual o m\u00e1s carga de trabajo y menos personas. La estructura cruje. Los procesos se desacomodan. Incluso si antes hab\u00eda cierta sobredimensi\u00f3n, acomodar las cargas no es tan simple o autom\u00e1tico como parece.<\/p>\n<p>En el peor de los casos, hay lo que llamamos <em>S\u00edndrome del Sobreviviente<\/em>: una emoci\u00f3n a veces m\u00e1s vaga y otra m\u00e1s concreta, relacionada con la culpa: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 se fue otro y no yo?<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfHay algo para hacer?<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00ed. Siempre hay cosas para hacer.<\/p>\n<p>Es necesario mirar y diagnosticar: quienes \u201cexplotan\u201d y necesitan soporte, quienes se enferman y nos dicen algo con eso, a quienes las nuevas cargas los sobrepasan.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de all\u00ed necesitamos aprender a hablar de la situaci\u00f3n y eliminar ese gran elefante sentado en el medio de todos y del cual nadie dice nada directamente. En momentos en que \u201cradio pasillo\u201d funciona a todo volumen, con el silencio estamos dejando vac\u00edo ese espacio comunicacional y permitiendo que se llene de cualquier cosa (verdades o mentiras, sin distinci\u00f3n). Necesitamos gestionar, apropiarnos, acompa\u00f1ar y contener. En silencio, nada de eso es posible.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, hay que volver a <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/diagnostico-organizacional\/\">pensar procesos<\/a> y tareas, redise\u00f1ar, probar, evaluar y volver.<\/p>\n<h3>Para pensar<\/h3>\n<p>En estos ciclos se pone en evidencia el capital de confianza que la empresa tiene. Cu\u00e1nto mayor sea, mejores ser\u00e1n los resultados de las acciones orientadas a la contenci\u00f3n.
