{"id":3564,"date":"2019-03-31T23:32:08","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T02:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=3564"},"modified":"2019-03-31T23:32:08","modified_gmt":"2019-04-01T02:32:08","slug":"para-que-implementar-las-5-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/es\/para-que-implementar-las-5-s\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfPara que\u0301 implementar las 5 \u201cS\u201d?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una vision bastante extendida y superficial, nos ha presentado a las 5S como un mero Programa de Orden y Limpieza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>&#8211; Pero c\u00f3mo, \u00bfno era que las 5 \u201cS\u201d consist\u00edan en separar, ordenar y limpiar?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; S\u00ed y no\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La realidad es que, detr\u00e1s de los simples pasos de la metodolog\u00eda, se esconde un metaaprendizaje mucho m\u00e1s profundo y trascendental cuyo impacto es enorme, tanto en lo organizacional como en lo personal. Nos referimos al desarrollo de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de trabajo. Y este es el verdadero objetivo de la metodolog\u00eda, hacer el trabajo m\u00e1s efectivo.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante las actividades de separar, ordenar, limpiar y estandarizar visualmente, se construyen, casi sin darnos cuenta, nuevas formas de pensar y actuar.<\/p>\n<p>Estos cambios en la manera de realizar las tareas cotidianas, har\u00e1n mas f\u00e1cil una buena implementaci\u00f3n de LEAN, KAIZEN y por supuesto, de TPM.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfCon qu\u00e9 finalidad implementar las 5 \u201cS\u201d durante el Paso 0 del Mantenimiento Aut\u00f3nomo?<\/h3>\n<p>Definitivamente no s\u00f3lo para Ordenar y Limpiar. Aunque, reconozc\u00e1moslo, en la mayor\u00eda de nuestros entornos de trabajo, estas actividades nos vienen bastante bien! ya que siempre hay oportunidades de mejora.<\/p>\n<p>Las 5 \u201cS\u201d como filosof\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica de gesti\u00f3n, apuntan, sin embargo, a algo m\u00e1s profundo y trascendental. Buscan desarrollar en las personas un set de competencias b\u00e1sicas que se convertir\u00e1n en los cimientos sobre los que se construir\u00e1 el edificio del TPM.<\/p>\n<p>En forma resumida, las competencias que se necesitan son:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar los cinco sentidos.<\/strong><br \/>\nPara que las personas aprendan a \u201cdescubrir\u201d oportunidades de mejora m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que son capaces de \u201cver\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar la capacidad de identificar problemas.<\/strong><br \/>\nPara diferenciar entre una situaci\u00f3n normal y anormal. Para distinguir entre lo sano y lo roto. Entre un funcionamiento correcto e incorrecto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar el h\u00e1bito de crear los propios est\u00e1ndares y cumplirlos.<\/strong><br \/>\nPara crear autoestima personal y grupal. Por ejemplo, para que el orden y la limpieza se mantengan en el tiempo y no sean s\u00f3lo un evento puntual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aprender a priorizar entre m\u00faltiples alternativas teniendo un fin en mente (metas de mejora por alcanzar en las 6 Estrategias PQCDSM)<\/strong><br \/>\nPara saber elegir primero lo primero.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mejorar (o \u00a1desarrollar!) la capacidad de razonar.<\/strong><br \/>\nAplicando la t\u00e9cnica Naze Naze (de preguntarse repetidamente por qu\u00e9) hasta descubrir el origen de los problemas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar la mentalidad de buscar siempre la causa ra\u00edz.<\/strong><br \/>\nPara no conformarse con soluciones \u201ceternamente provisorias\u201d. O peor aun, asumir intuitivamente cu\u00e1les son las causas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar la capacidad de tomar decisiones basadas en datos (indicadores) y no en opiniones y\/o presentimientos.<\/strong><br \/>\nPorque los prejuicios nos hacen cometer un sinn\u00famero de errores en la vida y en la empresa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar la capacidad de pensar en grupo, analizar en grupo y decidir en grupo.<\/strong><br \/>\nPara romper el individualismo y los protagonismos solitarios, entendiendo que \u201clos Messi\u201d existen s\u00f3lo cuando tienen un gran equipo detr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar el h\u00e1bito de la mejora continua.<\/strong><br \/>\nRevisando el resultado de cada acci\u00f3n tomada para buscar hacerlo cada vez mejor y mejor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aprender que el orden y la limpieza son un concepto que aplica m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del mundo f\u00edsico, para incluir tambi\u00e9n las relaciones interpersonales.<\/strong><br \/>\nPorque es tan importante desobstruir las cosas como las relaciones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desarrollar el h\u00e1bito, la disciplina de poner en pr\u00e1ctica tantas veces estas actividades que se vuelvan parte de nuestra propia naturaleza.<\/strong><br \/>\nPorque como ense\u00f1aba Taiichi Ohno: Educar significa ense\u00f1ar algo desconocido. Se trata de hacer preguntas que reflejen, de manera objetiva, si cada uno de estos aprendizajes se est\u00e1n alcanzando o no. Si vemos un progreso significativo (es decir, un avance, \u00a1no buscamos a superman!) significa que el Peque\u00f1o Grupo Aut\u00f3nomo est\u00e1 en condiciones de continuar con la siguiente etapa. Y la idea clave aqu\u00ed es que refleje de <strong>manera objetiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, definitivamente <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=423\">SEIRI<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=435\">SEITON<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=442\">SEISO<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=449\">SEIKETSU<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=454\">SHITSUKE<\/a> son mucho m\u00e1s que simples actividades orientadas a dejar m\u00e1s limpio y agradable el entorno de trabajo.
