Decimos tambi\u00e9n muchas veces en las empresas a las que asesoramos: \u201cno hay vac\u00edo: si no decid\u00eds vos, otros deciden por vos\u201d, siendo ese \u201cotros\u201d: el mercado, la industria, el contexto econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\r\n<p>Hoy hay un \u201cotro\u201d que no vimos venir: una pandemia. Y no, no es cierto que afecte a todos por igual. O que estemos \u201ctodos en el mismo barco\u201d. No es igual para PyMEs que para grandes, para locales que para multinacionales, para bancos que para el almac\u00e9n del barrio.<\/p>\r\n<p>Sin embargo hay una cosa que nos plantea el mismo desaf\u00edo: \u00bfc\u00f3mo gestionamos este GRAN cambio?<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"620\" height=\"350\" class=\"wp-image-3689\" src=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/equipos-de-trabajo-remoto_remote_teams.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/equipos-de-trabajo-remoto_remote_teams.png 620w, https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/equipos-de-trabajo-remoto_remote_teams-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las diferencias aparecer\u00e1n de nuevo: m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del shock inicial, las empresas m\u00e1s din\u00e1micas, flexibles, ordenadas en sus procesos, desburocratizadas, orientadas a resultados, con colaboradores en los que confiamos, est\u00e1n en mejores condiciones para tomar las decisiones r\u00e1pidas que hay que tomar al mismo tiempo que se cuidan a s\u00ed mismas, a las personas que en ellas trabajan y a los clientes que m\u00e1s temprano que tarde, volver\u00e1n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez m\u00e1s, la cultura organizacional ser\u00e1 las aspas del molino que funcione con el viento o la pala que cave el pozo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta ac\u00e1, varias cosas que ya sabemos. Entonces, la pregunta del mill\u00f3n: \u00bfqu\u00e9 hacemos?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Hay que planificar. Horror!!! \u00bfEn este escenario? S\u00ed. Planificar supone la contingencia y tambi\u00e9n el c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 despu\u00e9s: c\u00f3mo vamos a salir, qu\u00e9 queremos ser, c\u00f3mo vamos a continuar.<\/li>\r\n<li>Hay que inventar y revisar con mirada renovada (servir\u00e1 usar la <a href=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/tormenta-de-ideas-brainstorming-lluvia-de-ideas\/?utm_source=email_marketing&amp;utm_admin=28186&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=Tormenta_de_Ideas_Brainstorming\"><strong><em>lluvia de ideas<\/em><\/strong><\/a>). \u00bfQu\u00e9 se puede hacer de manera remota? \u00bfQu\u00e9 tendremos que esperar para retomar? \u00bfHay oportunidades para sostenernos mientras pasa el caos? \u00bfC\u00f3mo sostenemos?<\/li>\r\n<li>Hay que empezar\/retomar\/mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n con todos: colaboradores y clientes. Necesitamos estar presentes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Hay que seguir aprendiendo entre nosotros, capacit\u00e1ndonos unos a otros, repasando lo visto antes, trabajando en equipos remotos.<\/li>\r\n<li>Hay que contener las inquietudes y preocupaciones. Necesitamos crear canales que sostengan tiempos dif\u00edciles en lo personal y familiar.<\/li>\r\n<li>Hay que enfocarse m\u00e1s que nunca en la imagen de futuro deseado. Los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos todav\u00eda est\u00e1n ah\u00ed. Habr\u00e1 que adaptar las t\u00e1cticas, modificar los plazos, crear senderos. Pero el horizonte sigue all\u00ed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si somos capaces de sostener esta elasticidad, tal vez podemos usarla para mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s en tiempos calmos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No sabemos cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el impacto en el largo plazo. Ninguno de nosotros vivi\u00f3 nada parecido en su vida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00fan as\u00ed siempre hay cosas que podemos hacer: podemos aprender de esto (la adaptabilidad, la productividad y la confianza por sobre el presentismo y el l\u00e1tigo).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podemos pensar el cambio organizacional de dos formas: un<strong> cambio org\u00e1nico<\/strong>, que evoluciona lentamente, como una subida suave y al que nos vamos adaptando casi sin darnos cuenta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O podemos pensarlo, y vivirlo, como hoy: un <strong>cambio radical<\/strong>. R\u00e1pido, repentino, incierto, disruptivo. Un cambio que fuerza organizaciones y personas a reorientarse sin muchas herramientas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ojal\u00e1, lo que venga despu\u00e9s permita el reencuentro, la flexibilidad y el aprendizaje como partes de lo cotidiano y no como excepciones a la regla rutinaria.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo \u00fanico que est\u00e1 claro es que nada de eso suceder\u00e1 por casualidad si no tomamos la decisi\u00f3n de afrontarlo de manera proactiva. Todav\u00eda podemos pensar juntos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quien sabe.
