Esta afirmaci\u00f3n se basa en el hecho de que un buen relevamiento:<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Posibilita la fijaci\u00f3n de objetivos que a\u00fanen las necesidades de las personas con los resultados deseados por la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Permite establecer los contenidos de un plan fruto de la realidad.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb Compromete a todos los niveles en el mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Para elaborar un buen diagn\u00f3stico entonces debemos definir qu\u00e9 tipo de necesidades queremos relevar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los distintos tipos de necesidades a los que vamos a responder con el plan de capacitaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>Existen diversos acercamientos a este tema. Le proponemos examinar el siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Por su enfoque:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades preventivas<br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades correctivas<br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades predictivas<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Por su percepci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades manifiestas<br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades ocultas<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Por su oportunidad:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 En cuanto al tiempo<br \/>\n\u00b7 En cuanto a su importancia<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Por su magnitud: <\/strong><br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades graves<br \/>\n\u00b7 Necesidades tolerables<br \/>\n<strong>1. Por su enfoque<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Capacitaci\u00f3n preventiva:<\/em><\/strong> Es el entrenamiento destinado a preparar a las personas para que enfrenten situaciones futuras de cambio tecnol\u00f3gico, operacional, administrativo o de actitudes. Aspira a solucionar en forma anticipada las disparidades en las competencias requeridas por el nuevo escenario.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Capacitaci\u00f3n correctiva:<\/em><\/strong> Tiene como objetivo la soluci\u00f3n de problemas manifiestos o la correcci\u00f3n de desviaciones en los est\u00e1ndares de rendimiento esperados (por ejemplo en el caso de quejas, rechazos, retrabajo, etc)<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Capacitaci\u00f3n predictiva:<\/em><\/strong> Se utiliza a fin de mantener los est\u00e1ndares de rendimiento sin que exista desviaci\u00f3n en cuanto a los niveles de efectividad esperados.<br \/>\n<strong>2. Por su percepci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Necesidades manifiestas:<\/strong><\/em> son aquellas que se observan a simple vista, no requieren de un an\u00e1lisis mayor dado que sus efectos y causas se establecen en forma inmediata.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Necesidades ocultas:<\/em><\/strong> Algunas problem\u00e1ticas forman parte de la cultura misma de la organizaci\u00f3n y tienen su origen en la falta de capacitaci\u00f3n, sobre todo del personal que lleva mucho tiempo en un mismo trabajo.<br \/>\n<strong>3. Por su oportunidad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>En cuanto al tiempo:<\/strong><\/em> tienen que ver con las necesidades del usuario de la capacitaci\u00f3n y se basan en la planeaci\u00f3n operativa.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>En cuanto a su importancia:<\/strong><\/em> se trata de distinguir entre lo urgente y lo importante y para ello se toma como base el plan estrat\u00e9gico de la empresa buscando dar formaci\u00f3n en aquellas l\u00edneas que la empresa considera principales.<br \/>\n<strong>4. Por su magnitud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Necesidades graves:<\/em><\/strong> Nos referimos aqu\u00ed a la determinaci\u00f3n de causas actuales o potenciales que representan un riesgo serio para los integrantes de una empresa o un \u00e1rea. Los ejemplos aqu\u00ed son aquellos relacionados con accidentes, contrato de trabajo, descuido de las actividades de la competencia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Necesidades tolerables:<\/em><\/strong> Son aquellas que no afectan en forma considerable la productividad y, en consecuencia, no requieren acciones inmediatas.<\/p>\n<p>Para cerrar, es com\u00fan que se trabaje la capacitaci\u00f3n con base en la pregunta a usuarios: \u00bfen qu\u00e9 cree usted que necesita capacitarse?
