{"id":629,"date":"2006-08-10T16:22:44","date_gmt":"2006-08-10T19:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=629"},"modified":"2019-01-16T08:10:30","modified_gmt":"2019-01-16T11:10:30","slug":"diagnostico-y-que-me-van-a-decir-que-ya-no-sepa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/es\/diagnostico-y-que-me-van-a-decir-que-ya-no-sepa\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfDiagn\u00f3stico? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 me van a decir que ya no sepa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/10-nota01-002.jpg\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-630\" title=\"10-nota01-002\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"87\">Cuando de organizaciones se trata, hablar de diagn\u00f3stico se torna a veces un poco complicado. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 hacer un proceso de ese tipo? \u00bfQu\u00e9 cosas vamos a saber que ya no sepamos?<br \/>\nTal vez, comprender cabalmente de qu\u00e9 estamos hablando, ayudar\u00e1 como siempre a abarcar la validez del proceso.<\/p>\n<h3>Primero que nada \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un Diagn\u00f3stico Organizacional?<\/h3>\n<p>Diagnosticar organizaciones es el proceso que nos permite comprender el funcionamiento actual del sistema y nos provee la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para dise\u00f1ar cualquier tipo de intervenci\u00f3n a partir de recolectar los datos pertinentes. En resumen, un diagn\u00f3stico efectivo se traducir\u00e1 en procesos m\u00e1s y mejor adaptados a cada realidad.<\/p>\n<p>Pero cuando hablamos de diagn\u00f3stico\u2026 Nos acordamos de los m\u00e9dicos!<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEs lo mismo?<br \/>\nY la respuesta es s\u00ed y no.<\/p>\n<p>Al menos existen dos diferencias b\u00e1sicas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El proceso de diagnosticar una organizaci\u00f3n es esencialmente colaborativo, es decir, es el producto de la interacci\u00f3n, el di\u00e1logo y la reflexi\u00f3n de muchos participantes; distinto del diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico en el cual, el profesional act\u00faa solo, en posesi\u00f3n del saber requerido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A diferencia de la medicina, el diagn\u00f3stico organizacional no act\u00faa bajo el preconcepto de que hay algo all\u00ed que anda muy mal y el rol es encontrar la \u201ccausa de la enfermedad\u201d. En muchas ocasiones, la empresa quiere simplemente mejorar o cambiar algunas pr\u00e1cticas para hacer que funcionen aun mejor que en la actualidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero tambi\u00e9n existe una semejanza importante:<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que al m\u00e9dico, al consultor le resulta muy dif\u00edcil saber c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 funcionando una organizaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo por lo que dice un \u00fanico interlocutor. Por eso, para poder actuar sobre las cuestiones verdaderamente importantes, resulta necesario acercarnos a la realidad desde distintos puntos de vista.<\/p>\n<h3>Una mirada sist\u00e9mica<\/h3>\n<p>En Action Group entendemos las organizaciones como totalidades o \u201cemergentes sist\u00e9micos\u201d, es decir, como el resultado de las interrelaciones entre sus partes.
