{"id":724,"date":"2007-06-13T01:26:37","date_gmt":"2007-06-13T04:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/?p=724"},"modified":"2016-09-28T14:55:44","modified_gmt":"2016-09-28T17:55:44","slug":"tpm-y-recursos-humanos-podemos-pensar-uno-sin-el-otro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actiongroup.com.ar\/es\/tpm-y-recursos-humanos-podemos-pensar-uno-sin-el-otro\/","title":{"rendered":"TPM y Recursos Humanos: \u00bfPodemos pensar uno sin el otro?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A medida que avanzamos en la necesidad de implementar un sistema de gesti\u00f3n integral como el TPM (o TPS, o LEAN MANUFACTURING, etc) las personas deben transformarse en pensadoras y hacedoras del proceso. Sin embargo, esta transformaci\u00f3n en \u201ctrabajadores TPM\u201d no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser funci\u00f3n exclusiva del departamento de Recursos Humanos. Tanto la gerencia general, de producci\u00f3n, de planta como aquellos que coordinen la implementaci\u00f3n del programa deben acompa\u00f1ar el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00faltima instancia, lo que resulta imposible de soslayar es que, toda mejora que so\u00f1emos con poner en marcha en la empresa, implica meterse en el \u201cnegocio de desarrollar personas\u201d al mismo tiempo que continuar en el \u201cnegocio de desarrollar productos\/servicios\u201d Porque s\u00f3lo las personas tienen la capacidad (y ojal\u00e1 la posibilidad) de llevar el proceso hacia la mejora y el cumplimiento de los objetivos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el cambio? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n para el \u00e1rea, la implementaci\u00f3n del TPM implica un cambio en el enfoque de la gesti\u00f3n. Si pensamos en t\u00e9rminos de cada uno de los procesos claves de RRHH nos encontramos con que:<br \/>\nEn relaci\u00f3n a la selecci\u00f3n e inducci\u00f3n: buscamos personas con capacidad de pensar y no s\u00f3lo hacer, con posibilidades de transmitir y de participar. Los inducimos al sistema de gesti\u00f3n para que vean que ese es el modo \u201ccomo hacemos las cosas aqu\u00ed\u201d<br \/>\nEn relaci\u00f3n a la capacitaci\u00f3n: ya no hay gente que sabe y gente que no sabe. Todos los conocimientos de la organizaci\u00f3n son capitalizados y compartidos por medio de la transmisi\u00f3n horizontal.<br \/>\nEn relaci\u00f3n a las mediciones de desempe\u00f1o y las pol\u00edticas de remuneraciones: viran desde un enfoque individual a uno grupal, porque son los grupos aut\u00f3nomos quienes aprenden a decidir con quien trabjana y c\u00f3mo lo hacen.<br \/>\nEn relaci\u00f3n al tablero de comando del \u00e1rea:\u00bfYa no medimos ausentismo y rotaci\u00f3n? S\u00ed!. Pero como indicadores de \u201csatisfacci\u00f3n en el puesto de trabajo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las implicancias <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reflexionando en estos procesos, emergen aquellas preguntas que el \u00e1rea de RRHH deber\u00e1 responderse para luego responder hacia el interior de la empresa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n debemos transmitir para el \u00e9xito del proceso?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las nuevas expectativas de roles de toda la estructura para esta implementaci\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfLas personas comprenden qu\u00e9 implican estos nuevos roles?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfLas expectativas y los objetivos han sido comunicados claramente?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfTodos tienen claro qu\u00e9 hay que hacer en el caso de que se presenten problemas de calidad, exista la posibilidad de sugerir una mejora, o por qu\u00e9 entendemos el movimiento como p\u00e9rdida?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el entrenamiento necesario y a quienes debe estar dirigido?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo vamos a inducir a los nuevos empleados en este proceso?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Las respuestas nos orientar\u00e1n en la creaci\u00f3n del plan, en el dise\u00f1o de las herramientas y sobre todo, nos servir\u00e1n de soporte en el camino que tenemos por delante.<br \/>\nQui\u00e9nes sino los profesionales del \u00e1rea debemos tener permanentemente en claro que, cuando se trata de cambio cultural y de autogesti\u00f3n, las mejoras no se producir\u00e1n de un d\u00eda para el otro y que lo m\u00e1s necesario es lo que se tiende a abandonar en primer lugar: la consistencia y la perseverancia?<br \/>\n\u201cAunque una manera de hacer las cosas haya perdurado a lo largo del tiempo, no quiere decir que sea la mejor forma o la m\u00e1s sencilla.
