El t\u00edtulo era \u201cCuando la salida no es Ezeiza\u201d. Por qu\u00e9? Porque una vez m\u00e1s nos enfrentamos a una crisis econ\u00f3mica, salvo que esta vez el resto del mundo est\u00e1 igual que nosotros (o mucho peor).<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfDonde est\u00e1 la salida entonces cuando ya no podemos tomarnos un avi\u00f3n pensando que afuera est\u00e1 mejor?<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de las organizaciones Dado que la tan mentada globalizaci\u00f3n nos afecta a todos, tambi\u00e9n la crisis es global. En este contexto, seguramente es momento de revisar las respuestas tradicionales (esas que son las primeras y que nos salen casi con naturalidad, esas que conocemos de memoria por repetidas infinidad de veces) ya que , parafraseando a Einstein, si buscamos resultados distintos no podemos hacer siempre lo mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos seguros entonces que, en el \u00e1mbito de las organizaciones, es un excelente tiempo de Mirar para Adentro.<\/p>\n<p>Dos pistas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Desarrollar formas de retener a las personas en la empresa<\/strong>. Esas personas que cost\u00f3 mucho tiempo y esfuerzo reclutar y desarrollar. Esas mismas personas que respondieron de manera excelente en tiempos de sobredemanda. Y a riesgo de sonar dura, quisiera invitarlos a pensar: supongamos que hicimos una inversi\u00f3n en equipamiento y que esa inversi\u00f3n implic\u00f3 un gran esfuerzo en t\u00e9rminos de b\u00fasqueda, instalaci\u00f3n, tiempo necesario para que funcione en toda su capacidad, etc. \u00bfEstar\u00edamos dispuestos a tirarlo fuera de la compa\u00f1\u00eda porque bajaron las ventas o los pedidos? Adelanto una respuesta: seguro que NO!!! Haremos lo necesario para retenerlo y mantenerlo hasta que funcione nuevamente. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 entonces algunas empresas se desprenden tan r\u00e1pido de las personas sin evaluar la inversi\u00f3n realizada en su desarrollo y la que necesitar\u00e1n hacer nuevamente cuando vuelva a crecer la demanda?<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Implementar sistemas de mejora continua<\/strong>. S\u00ed! Este es el momento. Dado que no estamos excedidos de trabajo es el tiempo de formarse e implementar aquellas metodolog\u00edas de gesti\u00f3n que nos permitan mejorar costos, productividad, eliminar p\u00e9rdidas, desarrollar y fortalecer equipos de trabajo autogestionados, reducir los tiempos de entrega al cliente, etc. De esta forma, cuando comience el nuevo per\u00edodo de bienestar, estaremos en mejores condiciones para competir en un mundo desesperado por colocar sus productos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito personal<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edamos extrapolar lo que pusimos antes: las crisis son oportunidades. Ya lo dice <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/p3wFkm-eD\">Ra\u00fal en nuestra nota 1<\/a>: \u201cHace 20 a\u00f1os a nadie se le ocurr\u00eda mirar como positivo un cambio en la carrera laboral, y menos aun, si el motivo o disparador era una desvinculaci\u00f3n. Hoy, la sociedad ha empezado paulatinamente a mirar sin verg\u00fcenza estos procesos y, sabiendo que son naturales en un mundo cambiante, va aprendiendo gradualmente a capitalizarlos en todo su potencial de conseguir un futuro mejor para quien decida vivirlos inteligentemente\u201d<br \/>\nEn consecuencia, tambi\u00e9n podemos tener en cuenta algunos temas centrales:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Planificar nuestra carrera laboral<\/strong>: \u00bfqu\u00e9 queremos para nuestro futuro personal\/ profesional? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos lograrlo? \u00bfDisponemos de energ\u00eda para salir de nuestra zona de comfort y animarnos a nuevos desaf\u00edos?<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Definir peque\u00f1os pasos:<\/strong> la mejor forma de comerse un elefante es de a bifes. Las crisis y los cambios suelen parecer enormes elefantes imposibles de digerir pero, sin dudas, las oportunidades se esconden detr\u00e1s de ellos y s\u00f3lo necesitamos disponernos a aprovecharlas. Para cerrar<\/p>\n<p>El a\u00f1o nuevo es siempre un tiempo de compromisos renovados. Tanto a nivel personal como a nivel organizacional, creemos que es tiempo de intentar nuevas respuestas a estos desaf\u00edos.
