Es por eso que muchas veces los candidatos que en definitiva quieren obtener lo que el selector (o qui\u00e9n toma la decisi\u00f3n de incorporaci\u00f3n a la empresa) parece poseer, adaptan sus comportamientos para ser evaluados en favorablemente.<\/p>\n<p>En un art\u00edculo publicado recientemente en el Suplemento de Empleos de La Naci\u00f3n, se\u00a0 dan algunos consejos para que\u00a0 la conducta adoptada en la situaci\u00f3n de entrevista no parezca forzada y evitar cometer errores innecesarios que puedan opacar un buen candidato para el puesto que se est\u00e1 seleccionando. Entre los consejos publicados rescatamos los siguientes:<\/p>\n<p><em>(\u2026) aunque parezca obvio, los selectores recomiendan llegar en el horario pactado, ni muco tiempo antes ni mucho tiempo despu\u00e9s. \u201cPrimero, un saludo cordial. El entrevistado debe mirar a los ojos durante la entrevista y no bajarlos ante ninguna pregunta del interlocutor. Conviene evitar los movimientos nerviosos con las manos y responder todas las preguntas de modo conciso y directo, sin grandes rodeos verbales\u201d, enumera Claudia Maestsu directora de ETT Faster.<br \/>\nLa sugerencia es no extenderse en an\u00e9cdotas que alejen del n\u00facleo de la pregunta del consultor, ya que el tiempo es limitado y hacer un relato ordenado de conocimientos y experiencias con precisi\u00f3n y seriedad.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Los candidatos suelen dudar acerca de si es correcto preguntar mucho durante la primera entrevista laboral. Los selectores aseguran que es bueno hacerlo tanto para aclarar informaci\u00f3n recibida como para ampliarla. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Aunque no hay recetas m\u00e1gicas, los consultores reconocen que no toleran ciertas situaciones.
